Alps Mountaineering Zephyr 1.0 Single Tent
|
ALPS Tents are known for offering great weather protection with full coverage flys and “more than normal” waterproof coating. Larger zippers, combined with strong fabrics and extra reinforcement sewing, make them extra durable. And of course, like all other ALPS products, they’re also very affordable.
The Zephyr 1.0 model is ideal for those hot, muggy nights when you want to feel a breeze in your tent. The walls are composed entirely of mesh, allowing maximum ventilation and fresh air. And if the weather turns windy, the fly buckles to the tent, offering a much more secure attachment when compared to elastic cord.
There are 2 unique, strong but lightweight, aircraft alloy aluminum poles, which have been designed to give you more head room so you can sit up without feeling cramped.
There is one door placed on the end to make it easy to get in and out of the tent. There is also one vestibule over the door that creates a great place to store your extra gear.
Incredible ventilation, great head room, and lightweight... a great combination, creating a high quality tent!
