I just returned from a week long canoeing trip in Canada, and I wanted to take a moment to tell you about the Big Angnes Tent that we bought from you.
The first night, we were pounded by hail as soon as we finished dinner. We jumped in the tent to wait out the storm, and unfortunately the high winds and rain continue half the night. When we woke up in the morning, I expected the typical puddles in the corners of the tent, condensation on top, and a mangled tent. Much to my surprise, the tent held its form throughout the storm, and everything inside was dry. Bone dry. Throughout the week, the tent continued to work magnificantly, despite the poor conditions. If only we were as satisfied with the fishing!
So I just wanted to say thank you for referring the tent. Your service and knowledge was top notch, and I will be referring more friends to you.
