The Solitude trail pack by Alps Mountaineering has a full suspension. The back is fully padded and is supported with an aluminum frame stay. A fully padded and contoured waist belt makes the Solitude trail pack carry great. The waist belt has velcro to allow for taking it on and off the pack.
