This is a
footlocker/steamer trunk that is great for decorating. It will make a
awesome camp or college trunk or a great storage trunk for the dorm
room, home or office.
This
hand-crafted American Made Natural Wood Rhino Trunk™ is constructed from
natural Baltic Birch hardwood plywood. This is the finest grade of
plywood in the trade. Not only will it work great for storage, but it
will also accent any room in the college dorm, home or office. Its
rustic good looks, both inside and out, make it a very attractive piece.
Also a good choice if you want to paint/decorate your trunk.
The Natural Wood Rhino Trunk™ is conveniently sized and ruggedly
built. Even though its natural wood, its surprisingly tough. In fact,
its strong enough to stand on! The Natural Wood Rhino Trunk™ is easily
stowed and can be securely locked to insure the safety of personal
items. Its low height will allow it to fit under many camp or college
bunks or beds. THE SMALL RHINO NATURAL WOOD Camp & College TRUNK IS IDEAL FOR:
- Summer Camp sessions of 2 weeks or less
- College secure storage, coffee or end table, seat, etc...
- Home storage, furnishings, toy trunk, hope chest, etc...

- Strong hand-crafted construction using both old world trunk making skills and advanced aviation rivet technology
- Steel and aluminum aircraft rivets are used to ensure durability
- Heavy duty proprietary nickel plated steel latches and hardware
- Heavy duty nickel plated steel lid hinges plus a nickel plated steel lid stay for keeping the lid propped open
- Tight fitting steel tongue and groove lid to base closure to keep out moisture, dirt, insects, odors, etc...
- Stylish lockable nickel plated steel trunk lock w/loop for attaching a padlock
- Optional trunk anchor cable system for securely tethering the
trunk to a bed post or similar structure; keeps a thief from running off
with your trunk

- Each Rhino Trunk™ comes with 2 nickel plated steel universal
wheel adapter plates already mounted on the side of the trunk. This
allows you to easily add or remove Rhino’s specially designed wheels to
your trunk anytime you want, anywhere you want in a matter of seconds.
They’re extremely easy to use! No tools are needed, nor does the trunk
need to be lifted to install them. Best of all, these advanced design
wheels do not add any extra height to the trunk. Even with the wheels
on, the trunk is stackable. Also, the trunk won’t slide or roll around
with the wheels on. To engage the wheels, simply lift the handle on the
opposite end and start wheeling your trunk away.

Important Shipping & Warranty Notice
All of the Rhino Trunks carry a lifetime warranty. Rhino Trunk &
Case offers a free non-cosmetic lifetime repair policy on all of their
Rhino Trunk and cube products. Should your Rhino Trunk ever become
damaged throughout its many travels, Rhino Trunk will repair it free of
charge. Simply ship it back to Rhino Trunk and they'll repair it at no
charge. Please contact Rhino Trunk prior to shipping it back so they can
give you the proper shipping instructions. This does not include
cosmetic damage such as scratches and dings as they are not repairable.
This also does not cover damage incurred if the trunk is used as a
shipping container or if it is used for airline travel.
*These trunks (and ALL similar trunks) are not designed to be used as
shipping containers. That includes shipping via UPS, FedEx, Airlines,
etc... If that is your intended purpose, please visit our ATA & Shipping Trunk
page. The excessive abuse that the carriers put them through will dent,
scratch and/or damage all similar trunks. If you are going to ship a
trunk, we recommend you put it back in its original box and ship it in
the box. |
